How it works
- See the car, liveWe walk you around the car on a live video call: cold start, paint, wheels, interior, underbody if you like. Ask for any angle.
- Read the fileWe send the CARFAX report and the service records we hold, plus our own inspection notes.
- Agree on the numbersYou get the vehicle price, the $85 documentation fee and the total in writing, with tax and government fees for your state itemized.
- Sign from homeDocuments are sent for e-signature. If you want financing, we arrange it through our banks and lenders first, subject to credit approval.
- DeliveredWe book an open or enclosed carrier and prepare the title paperwork for your state.

Questions
Can I return the car?
California gives buyers of used cars priced at $50,000 or less a 3-day right to cancel, with a restocking fee and a mileage limit. The car has to come back to us, so for a shipped car it is rarely practical. We go through how it applies to you before you sign.
How is sales tax handled out of state?
It depends on your state. We explain what is collected here and what you pay when you register at home before you commit. We don't give tax advice.
Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. We welcome third-party pre-purchase inspections at our shop.
Can I trade in my car remotely?
Yes. Send the VIN, mileage and photographs and we'll make an offer. Ask us how pickup would work where you are.
