Prices

Every car on this site is shown with its vehicle price, our $85 dealer document processing charge and the total of the two. The document processing charge is a dealer charge, not a government fee. Plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge. Government fees such as registration, title and license depend on where you live. Depending on the car, an electronic filing charge (no more than what our electronic registration provider charges us) or an emission testing charge (no more than $50 plus the state certificate fee) may apply; neither is a government fee, and you get the exact figures in writing before you commit.

No add-on product is required to buy or finance a car. Service contracts and other products are optional.

Availability

Cars are offered subject to prior sale. Sold cars are removed from this site within 48 hours. Each car is identified by its VIN.

Financing

Loukas Motorcars arranges financing through third-party banks and lenders and is not the lender. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, and this site shows no payment estimates; any figure we discuss with you is an estimate until a lender approves it. Rates and terms depend on credit approval. A longer term lowers the monthly payment but usually increases the total you pay.

3-day right to cancel

California does not have a cooling-off period for new vehicles. If you buy or lease a used vehicle for $50,000 or less, California law gives you 3 days to cancel the contract for any reason. Additional restrictions apply, including a restocking fee and a 400-mile limit. You receive the required written disclosure with the full terms when you buy.

New car brokering

When we broker a new car we act as an autobroker under our California dealer license endorsement, and you buy or lease the car from a franchised new car dealer. All new cars arranged for sale are subject to price and availability from the selling franchised new car dealer. We'll give you the required brokering disclosures in writing before you commit.

Registration services

Registration services are provided by 412 Motors LLC, doing business as Loukas Motorcars, 14911 Calvert St, Van Nuys, CA 91411, DMV registration service license no. 85781. Loukas Motorcars is a private business, not a branch of the DMV. The DMV provides registration services without our service fee.

Automotive repair

Automotive repair and body work are performed by 412 Motors LLC, doing business as Loukas Motorcars, 14911 Calvert St, Van Nuys, CA 91411, (310) 294-8950. Bureau of Automotive Repair registration no. 315421.

Service contracts

A vehicle service contract is a separate, optional product from a third-party provider. It is not a warranty from Loukas Motorcars or the manufacturer.

Vehicle history

CARFAX reports are provided by CARFAX and reflect information reported to it. They may not include every event in a car's history. We also provide the service records we hold for each car.
