How does Loukas Motorcars collect my personal information?

Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more on your rights under state law.
Definitions
- AffiliatesCompanies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Loukas Motorcars has no affiliates.
- NonaffiliatesCompanies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Loukas Motorcars does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
- Joint marketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Loukas Motorcars doesn't jointly market.
Other important information
California residents: we share financial information from your credit application only with the lenders you ask us to send it to and with service providers bound by contract to use it only for that purpose, as California law permits. We do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
